Worked with Aaron. Great experience. Got 3 large appliances that were all properly discounted for conditions but not visible damage after we have them installed. They held them for months until I was ready and then delivered them on a tight time schedule. I never plan on building another house but I will recommend people to this location. Oh - and I am in Nashville so they can ship anywhere! Thanks again to the shipping crew and sales team. We saved a ton of money!!!!

This place is the best ! I got a speed queen dryer and everything was flawless with this company. I knew what I wanted ( I had a whirlpool breakdown twice in 4 years) and I had read and researched about speed queens I wanted the DC5 (it is the last analog dryer.) no circuit board to mess up - I called to ask if they had this dryer & spoke to Andrew Black -he said they not only had it they installed it. . So I went straight there & Andrew was phenomenal. He showed me exactly what I asked, for. He explained the differences in models etc . I had it delivered within 24 hours of walking in that store l, but on top of that -the guys that came to deliver it they came earlier than expected,( which never happens to me it’s always late ! lol) I really gotta do a shout out for the delivery guys - Willie and Lorenzo. Those guys were the most careful guys I’ve ever seen installing a dryer. - They took the door off the hinges to be sure they didn’t scratch my dryer (which I really appreciated)they were super professional . I was excited so I watched the whole thing and they were just really nice guys , professionally leveled my dryer etc I would never go anywhere else to buy any appliances but Alabama Appliance- bc of the way these people treated me. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I thought this store was commercial sales or chefs ( with the Thermador etc ) So to me, this is like a well kept secret. It’s a gorgeous place that you can get all kind of ideas for your kitchen and stuff even if you’re not a designer. I was even more impressed w the employees - It’s rare to see this kind of service nowadays in any company . Btw I highly recommend my speed queen dryer ( DC5 last of the analog dryers !) it’s a beast - The only reason I walked in that store was because that was the only place in town. I could buy the brand “speed queen “ I expected them to have to order it and install it probably take a couple weeks but they had it in stock and not only did I get it t

Lorenzo and Willie communicated when they were on their way and were on time and efficient and went above and beyond to get our new dishwasher installed! Very pleased with their service and with the installation our new dishwasher. Great guys to work with!

We were delighted about finding just what we wanted here at affordable prices. Everything was delivered in just a couple of days, not weeks like other places. Also, Lorenzo and Willie were wonderful. Respectful of my house and had everything installed with care.

I just recently renovated my kitchen and was told by my designer this was the place to go for my appliances. She was so right! Adam got me everything I wanted (including the brands I was set on) in my budget. When problems arose with one of the appliances he took care of it promptly and swiftly even though I had purchased it months earlier. I HIGHLY recommend checking them out!
